Philip Ratcliff

Philip’s contribution to Fairisle focuses on change management, coaching and organisational development.

A creative and purposeful approach underpins Philip’s work with individuals and teams. His organisational development experience comes from 20 years’ designing and delivering programmes and events that are flexible, innovative and engaging. In his coaching, he encourages a reflective approach that enables clients to recognise their own strengths and understand the culture they work in. His areas of specialism include personal and team effectiveness, organisational culture, facilitation, and Senior and Middle Management coaching.

Philip has a degree in Education and an ILM level 5 accreditation in Coaching and Mentoring and is an accredited MSP practitioner .

John Willcox

John leads on agile practice.

A seasoned Business Systems Analyst and a Scrum Agile practitioner with more than 15 years’ experience, John’s methodical and logical approach to complex business problems supports clients in identifying elegant and simple solutions that are fit for purpose and deliver quick returns.

John holds the MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University (Distinction grade)  is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master. He has attended development programmes in Client Centred Consulting.
